Hi all, we're seeking a filmmaker and VJ for Colab, a London-based audio-visual indie electro band, influenced by groups like Bat for Lashes, New Order, Lamb, Massive Attack, New Young Pony Club, electronica; by film, photography, art, literature, philosophy, psychology, half-remembered childhood experiences, by all things indie, dark and wonderful. In short, if you feel like crying on the inside, but dancing on the outside then this is the band for you

There aren't that many indie bands that put visuals right alongside audio at the centre of what they do. Everyone in the band dabbles on the visual side, but our main filmmaker has moved countries, so we're looking for someone new to take what's great in our current visuals and spin them off into a whole new direction; to inspire, and be inspired by, our sounds, to help create and integrate sound and vision both for recording and for playing live.

If you're a filmmaker who's never VJ'd, or a VJ who's never picked up a camera before, then we're interested in hearing from you, but if you're someone who can do both then that's absolutely ideal.
